Ihre Aufgaben

  • Rechnungserstellung : Selbstständiges Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Ausgangsrechnungen, Gutschriften und Anzahlungen.
  • Datenpflege : Kontinuierliche Erfassung und Pflege von Kunden- Stammdaten und Konditionen im ERP-System.
  • Prüfung : Kontrolle von Leistungsnachweisen, Rechnungsadressen und Zahlungsbedingungen auf Richtigkeit.
  • Kundenkontakt : Telefonische und schriftliche Klärung von Rechnungsrückfragen und Unklarheiten mit Kunden.
  • Schnittstelle : Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung, dem Vertrieb und dem Projektmanagement.
  • Zahlungsüberwachung : Unterstützung bei der Kontrolle von Zahlungseingängen und dem Mahnwesen.

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung : Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Bürokaufmann, Industriekaufmann oder vergleichbar).
  • Erfahrung : Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Fakturierung, Abrechnung oder Debitorenbuchhaltung wünschenswert.
  • Arbeitsweise : Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Soft Skills : Zahlenverständnis, Teamfähigkeit
