Ihre Aufgaben

  • aufsuchende Beratung und Hilfe für Familien mit Säuglingen und Kleinkindern zu medizinischen und Entwicklungsfragen
  • Informationen und Vermittlung geeigneter Hilfen
  • Durchführung von Gruppenangeboten, z. B. Kurse für Eltern, Vorträge, Beratung in Elterncafés und Familienzentren
  • Kooperation und Vernetzung mit der Jugendhilfe, Kinder- und Jugendärzten, Kinderkliniken und Hebammen

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Familienhebamme (m/w/d), Familien-Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpflegerin (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • vorteilhaft sind Erfahrungen im Bereich der Frühen Hilfen sowie mit Familien mit anderem kulturellem Hintergrund
  • fundierte Fachkenntnisse
  • hohe soziale Kompetenz, insbesondere im Umgang mit Menschen in seelischen und sozialen Problemsituationen
  • Flexibilität hinsichtlich der Arbeitszeit
  • hohe Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B

Ihre Perspektive

Die Stelle wird mit einem Stellenanteil von 50 % ausgeschrieben und bietet je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bis Entgeltgruppe 9a TVöD. Dienstort ist Karlsruhe.
