Sozialpädagoge, Pädagoge, Erzieher (m/w/d) als FAMILIENHELFER/IN in Teilzeit 20 - 30 Std./Woche

  • Aufgaben:
  • Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe, Erziehungsbeistandschaft nach §§ 27,30 und 31 SGB VIII,
  • Betreutes Jugendwohnen nach §34 SGB VIII
  • Erziehungsberatung,
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Familien und jungen Menschen in akuten schwierigen Lebensphasen innerhalb deren sozialem Umfeld, bei der Alltagsgestaltung und -strukturierung, im Umgang mit Behörden und Ämtern und ähnlichen Aufgabenfeldern.

Die Tätigkeiten erfolgen vielfach eigenständig und werden durch Supervision und Teamberatung etc. begleitet.

  • Entsprechende Qualifikation wird erwartet.
  • Zusatzausbildungen insbesondere hinsichtlich einer Beratungskompetenz sind wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend.
  • Eine Bereitschaft zur konstruktiven und reflektierten Auseinandersetzung mit verschiedensten (Problem-)Konstellationen sowie ein sicheres Auftreten werden als gegeben vorausgesetzt.
