• •Outpatient Practice
• •Join a team of 2 Physicians and 3 APP’s
• •36 Patient Contact Hours
• •Call: 1-8 rotation
• •Clinic chronic care coordination team, behavioral health support services
• •On-site X-ray and lab services
• •EMR: EPIC

Competitive Compensation and Benefits

• •Base Salary: $290,100
• •Recruitment Incentive: $150,000
• •Moving allowance up to $15,000
