Hiring Range: $291,000.00 – $377,000.00

Riverside Medical Group is expanding its Primary Care Network and is actively seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join our growing team across multiple locations.

• Location: Multiple Locations Across Riverside Medical Group, Virginia
• Position Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for compassionate and experienced physicians who align with our mission: to care for others as we would care for those we love . As a member of our Primary Care team, you will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• •Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• •Conduct comprehensive history and physical assessments
• •Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• •Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• •Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
• •Prescribe medications and recommend non-pharmacological interventions
• •Coordinate care with specialists and other providers
• •Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
• •Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• •Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols
• •Demonstrate leadership in mentoring and supporting clinical staff
• •Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all patient interactions

Qualifications

• •Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• •Licensure: Active Virginia Medical License (or eligibility)
• •Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• •DEA Registration: Current and valid
