Position Overview

The Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, mission-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• •Provide outpatient primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services
• •Manage chronic and acute medical conditions
• •Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
• •Maintain thorough and accurate electronic medical records
• •Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care coordination
• •Optional opportunities for faculty and Medical Directorship

Compensation & Benefits

• •Salary Range: $275,000 – $344,000 annually
