We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping families in need and a commitment to making a positive impact in their lives. In this role, you will work closely with families to provide support, resources, and advocacy to help them achieve their goals and improve their well-being.

Responsibilities & Duties

• •Conduct assessments to identify families' needs and goals
• •Develop individualized support plans and provide regular follow-up to monitor progress
• •Link families to community resources and provide advocacy and support to access services
• •Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• •Facilitate support groups and provide education on various topics related to family support
• •Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• •Experience working with families in crisis
• •Knowledge of local community resources and services
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• •Ability to empathize with diverse populations
• •Proficiency in a second language preferred
• •Certification in family support or counseling
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• •Familiarity with community resources and social service systems
• •Flexibility and willingness to work a varied schedule
