Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Fassaden- / Sonderreinigungen (Grundreinigung, Garagenreinigung, Entrümpelung, Glas-, Fassaden- und Fensterreinigung)
  • Durchführung von Dachrinnenreinigungen
  • Allroundtätigkeiten und mithilfe in der Hausbetreuung und Gartenbetreuung
  • Winterdienst in der Wintersaison
  • Allgemeine organisatorische Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fassadenreinigung
  • Führerschein B
  • handwerkliches Geschick
  • Schwindelfrei (arbeiten in Höhen - Steiger, Arbeitsbühnen, etc.)
  • Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gepflegtes und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Überstundenbereitschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und zeitliche Flexibilität
  • einwandfreier Leumund

  • Für diese Position ist ein Bruttogehalt von mind. € 2.303,56/Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung vorgesehen. Bereitschaft zur KV-Überzahlung vorhanden. Je nach konkreter Qualifikation und Erfahrung wird das Gehalt leistungsgerecht vereinbart.
