- · 現場人員管理及排班、教育訓練、工作任務指派、成效執行追蹤
- · 確保顧客商品運輸符合流程，並遵守安全規章
- · 盡其所能優先滿足顧客商品運輸的服務水平
- · 維持存貨的理想狀態
- · 遵守主管機關訂定的品質標準
