Description

Chevo is hiring an experienced Federal Data Analyst , to join our expanding firm. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client’s business and becoming a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to Federal Data Analysis, Communications, Business Intelligence, and Government Mission Support operations related to mission-driven federal programs. This position provides a hybrid work environment, with 1-2-days per week client engagement expected. Client site located in the Arlington VA.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership.
  • Streamline processes for data cleansing and reporting by validating and updating R scripts and macros to reduce manual effort for data preparation, analysis, and report construction.
  • Perform data analysis and quality control checks using R scripts, Pivot Tables, and additional automations.
  • Analyze data, identify results, interpret conclusions and communicate results.
  • Create and update documentation for comprehensive survey processes and procedures using spreadsheets, tables, OneNote, Visio, etc., as required.
  • Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes.
  • Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision.

Requirements

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree in related field
  • US citizenship
  • Experience with Business, systems, or data analysis, data collection or visualizations using Power BI and/or Qualtrics tools.
  • Excellent quantitative skills and ability to interpret data, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting DHS
  • Knowledge of project management and/or Agile Scrum principles and applications.
  • Knowledge and application of Artificial Intelligence.

SALARY RANGE: $70K To $110K (subject to change)
