FEED MILL MIX BATCHER - grade 3-1

SUMMARY: The Feed Mill Mix Batcher is responsible for mixing of mill ingredients and ration batches.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

• •Run multiple pieces of equipment used in the feed mill.
• •Monitor ingredients inventory levels.
• •Manufacture product to ensure specifications and HACCP requirements are met.
• •Grease and lubricate machinery.
• •Maintain a clean environment.
• •Must be able to lift up to 50 pound bags.
• •Adjust machines as needed.
• •Operate a forklift.
• •Oversee computer automation and operate the computer.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• •Required
• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication & division
• •Experience in production related work
