# Wir sind ein kleines Familienunternehmen mit 22 Mitarbeiter\*innen und Hersteller von Auszeichnungen aus Metall.

Sie werden Teil eines Teams von 4 Personen sein. 2 Polierer und 2 Galvaniseure. Die Tätigkeit hat ihren Schwerpunkt auf der Politur unserer Produkte. Darüber hinaus sind vorgelagerte Tätigkeiten wie Satinieren und Bürsten Teil der Arbeit.

Sie arbeiten am Standort in Lüdenscheid in Vollzeit 35h oder 40h / Woche, Mo-Fr, von 07:00 -14:45 oder 15:45.

Die Stelle wird vergütet mit brutto 2.500,- / Monat bei 35h/Woche oder 2.860,- / Monat bei 40h/Woche. Zuzüglich Sondervergütungen von bis zu 1,3 Monatsgehältern pro Jahr.

Wir bieten 30 Tage Urlaub, Urlaubsgeld, Weihnachtsgeld, Gewinnbeteiligung. Wir unterstützen die Nutzung eines Fitnessstudios mit 25,- pro Monat.

Auch wenn wir für diese Stelle eine langfristige Verstärkung suchen, ist das Angebot zunächst für 6 Monate befristet. Dies ist bei uns so üblich und gilt für alle gleich. Danach folgen 2 Verlängerungen um je 9 Monate. Dann die Festanstellung.
