Ihre Aufgaben

  • Montage von Feinstbauteilen wie Sensoren und Platinenelementen
  • Pinzettengeführtes Handling von Winzlingen unter optischer
  • Vergrößerung
  • Fügetechnik mittels Löten und Kleben nach Anweisung
  • Visuelle Endkontrolle der fertigen Komponenten auf Mängel
  • Einhaltung der Arbeitsplatzsauberkeit

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Feinmontage von miniaturisierten Baugruppen, Sensoren und Platinen
  • Manuelles Handling kleinster Präzisionsteile unter Einsatz
  • optischer Vergrößerungssysteme
  • Ausführung von Löt- und Klebprozessen gemäß detaillierter
  • Vorgaben und Schaltpläne
  • Optische Endkontrolle der Fertigteile zur Erreichung der
