Wir suchen Unterstützung:

im 2-Schicht-Betrieb 30 Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d) mit verschiedenen Schwerpunkten (Erodieren, Drehen, Schleifen, Fräsen, Nadelfertigung, Montage, Polieren).

# Aufgaben:

  • Zeichnungen lesen
  • Vorrichtungen zusammenbauen und mit Hilfe dieser Teile bearbeiten
  • Bedienen von Senkerodiermaschinen im Schichtbetrieb
  • Selbständiges einrichten der Maschinen
  • Selbständige Qualitätskontrolle und ggf. Nacharbeitung
  • Selbständiges Auswerten von Messprotokollen
  • Erstellen von CNC Programmen an Maschine oder an externem Programmierplatz.
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften.
  • Sicherstellen der einwandfreien Funktion und Wartung der Maschine

# Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Feinmechaniker m/w oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sorgfältige, selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im CNC Senkerodieren
  • Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
