# Beschreibung

Wir sind ein metallverarbeitendes Unternehmen im Bereich des Werkzeug- und Formenbaus, speziell des Spritzgießformenbaus. Unser Produktionsstandort Ludwigsfelde liegt im Süden von Berlin. Durch hervorragende infrastrukturelle Anbindung sind wir jederzeit schnell zu erreichen.

Unsere Leistungen umfassen die Beratung, Konstruktion und die Fertigung von Spritzgießformen für Thermo- und Duroplast. Desweiteren führen wir Arbeiten im Bereich CNC-Fräsen, Drahterodieren, Senkerodieren, Flachschleifen und Montagen durch. Die Anfertigung von Ersatzteilen und die Durchführung von Reparaturen unserer eigenen Werkzeuge sowie von Fremdwerkzeugen gehören ebenfalls zu unseren Aufgabengebieten.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine(n)

Feinwerkmechaniker/in - Werkzeugbau

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung von spanabhebenden Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Anfertigung von Einzelteilen
  • Neubau von Werkzeugen, speziell von Spritzgießwerkzeugen
  • Instandhaltung, Wartung und Reparaturen von Werkzeugen
  • Prüfung von Werkstücken, Werkzeugen und Messmitteln
  • Erstellen von CNC-Programmen an den Bearbeitungsmaschinen

## Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Feinwerkmechaniker/in oder Werkzeugmacher/in
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Konventionellen und CNC-Maschinen
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
