Für ein innovatives Industrieunternehmen im Bereich hochpräziser Gerätefertigung suchen wir ab sofort mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Feinmontage.

### 🛠️ Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von feinmechanischen Montagearbeiten (Verschrauben, Kleben, Löten)
  • Arbeiten nach technischen Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen (auch in englisch)
  • Montage und Justierung von hochpräzisen Baugruppen
  • Bedienung von modernen Dosier- und Schraubsystemen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen (z. B. im 4-Augen-Prinzip)
  • Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte und Ergebnisse
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen

### 🧩 Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als:
  • Zahntechniker
  • Feinmechaniker
  • Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme
  • oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der präzisen Montage kleiner Bauteile
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Arbeiten unter Reinraumbedingungen oder mit Mikroskop
  • Hohe Fingerfertigkeit, Sorgfalt und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
