Wir suchen Sie als Fertigungsleiter/in (m/w/d) unseren Bereichen Arbeitsvorbereitung, Wareneingang und Warenausgang, Teilefertigung, MAG-Schweißerei und Zusammenbau/Montage.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachtechnische und organisatorische Leitung von bis zu ca. 15 Mitarbeitern
  • Durchführung der Arbeitsplanung mit der Arbeitsvorbereitung entsprechend der kundenseitigen Termine einschließlich der Personal- und Einsatzplanung
  • Durchführung der werkseigenen Produktionskontrolle (WPK) entsprechend unserer EXC3-Klassifizierung mit den Kontrollen der Qualitätssicherung
  • Allgemeine Ordnung rund um die Fertigung
  • Betreuung und Ausbildung unserer Azubis zum Konstruktionsmechaniker

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Maschinenbauingenieur (oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung)
  • Sie zeichnet eine unternehmerische und kostenbewusste Handlungsweise aus
  • Sie sind ein überzeugender und aktiver Teamplayer
  • Sie bringen logisches systematisches Denken und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit
  • Sie sind lösungsorientiert und planungsstark
  • Sie haben MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sie bringen kundenorientierte Umgangsformen und Ausdrucksweisen in Wort und Schrift mit (Deutsch, Sprachniveau von C1 wird vorausgesetzt)
