Für unsere Niederlassung in Martensdorf bei Stralsund besetzen wir ab sofort die Position der

Fertigungs-Leitung (w/m/d)

in Vollzeit.

  • In unserer Fertigungsstätte produzieren und konfektionieren wir Standard- und Sonder-Bauprodukte unserer Eigenmarke ELMCO. - Organisatorische und fachliche Teamleitung
  • Steuerung der erforderlichen Prozessabläufe
  • Koordination der Bereitstellung von Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen
  • Eigenverantwortliches Handeln in der Auftragsabwicklung und Personalbereitstellung innerhalb der Kostenstelle Fertigung
  • Maschinen-/Gerätesteuerung und -überwachung - Handwerkliche/kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Berufs- und ggfs. Führungs- sowie Leitungserfahrung
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Neugier
  • Teamfähigkeit und Motivation
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse, Excel, Office - Ein sicherer Arbeitsplatz mit geregelten Arbeitszeiten
