  • Erstellung und Anpassung von CNC-Programmen zur optimalen Steuerung moderner Fertigungsmaschinen
  • Einführung und Umstellung der Programmierlandschaft mit Fokus auf effiziente und reibungslose Arbeitsabläufe
  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Postprozessoren zur Integration neuer Technologien und Produktionsprozesse
  • Werkzeugpflege sowie Aufbau und strukturierte Verwaltung der Betriebsmittelorganisation zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Ressourcennutzung
  • Unterstützung und technischer Support während der Inbetriebnahme neuer Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Überwachung, Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Fertigungsprozessen zur Steigerung von Qualität und Effizienz
  • Skill-Set
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise Lehre, HTL oder Vergleichbares
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Programmierung sowie mit Siemens NX wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Logisches Denkvermögen, Detailorientierung und ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Analytische Herangehensweise an Herausforderungen - statt Bohrkrone kommt das Köpfchen zum Einsatz
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägter Teamgeist
