Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zusammenstellen von Teilen und Materialien für den Montageablauf
  • Führung von Montageanlagen (Schraubtechnik, Fördertechnik,
  • Stoffcutter etc.)
  • Montieren von Komponenten und/oder Baugruppen in einer
  • Flussfertigung (mit kleinen Taktzeiten)
  • Fügen von mehreren Materialien bis zu einem fertigen Stuhl
  • (montieren, beziehen, tackern, polstern etc.
  • Beheben definierter (Klein-) Störungen sowie Durchführen von
  • TPM-Maßnahmen an den Maschinen/Anlagen
  • Abwicklung und Dokumentieren von Qualitätsprüfungen anhand von
  • Vorgaben
  • Sicherstellung des Qualitätsstandards
  • Mithilfe bei der Gruppenarbeit, bei Leistungsstandards sowie beim
  • kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess
  • Gewährleistung der kurzzyklischen Taktung

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z.B. als Industriemechaniker,
  • Fertigungsmechaniker, Interieur-Mechaniker oder mindestens Abschluss
  • in einem Metallfachberuf
  • Flexibilität für Schichtbetrieb erforderlich
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Gültige Berechtigung zur Arbeit in Deutschland
  • Grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse für den Arbeitsalltag
  • Teamgeist
