Fertigungsmitarbeiter im Reinraum (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bestückung und Überwachung unserer Produktionsanlagen
  • Enge und kollegiale Zusammenarbeit mit dem Schicht- und Produktionsleiter
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Dokumentation der Produktionsprozesse
  • Regelmäßiger Informationsaustausch innerhalb des Teams und mit dem Schichtleiter
  • Sicherstellung der benötigten Materialien im eigenen Arbeitsbereich
  • Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten an den Anlagen
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz

Ihr Profil:

  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene technische oder gewerbliche Ausbildung, z. B. als Mikrotechnologe (m/w/d), Produktionsfachkraft oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Berufserfahrung in der Produktion oder in einem Industrieunternehmen ist von Vorteil – auch Quereinsteiger mit technischem Interesse sind willkommen
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und Freude an der Arbeit mit modernen Produktionsanlagen
  • Interesse an Produktionsprozessen und der Mikroelektronik
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
