Du planst und optimierst die Fertigungsabläufe in der Schmiede, der mechanischen Bearbeitung und externen Oberflächenprozessen. Dabei erstellst Du detaillierte Arbeitspläne, Rüstvorgaben, Fertigungszeiten und Prozessbeschreibungen, um die Effizienz zu steigern

Deine Aufgabe ist es, den Materialbedarf sorgfältig zu planen und in enger Abstimmung mit Lieferanten die Fertigungstermine zu koordinieren. So trägst Du dazu bei, die Fertigungsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern

Du unterstützt bei der Einführung neuer Artikel und analysierst Problemstellungen wie Engpässe, Ausschuss und Durchlaufzeiten, um Lösungen zu entwickeln. Dabei bist Du auch im operativen Tagesgeschäft eine wertvolle Unterstützung

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Produktionstechnik oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit ergänzender Fortbildung und bringst Erfahrung in der Fertigungsplanung sowie im Bereich Schmiede und mechanische Bearbeitung mit

Der sichere Umgang mit MS-Office, ERP Systemen und Grundkenntnisse in der Qualitätssicherung sind Dir vertraut

Deine analytische Denkweise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus

Du arbeitest selbstständig und lösungsorientiert, wobei Du stets belastbar bleibst

Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke sind Deine Stärken
