### Fertigungstechnologe im Bereich Zerspanungs-Technologie (m/w/d)

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung der zerspanenden Fertigungsverfahren
  • Analyse und Klärung von Fertigungsproblemen bei bestehenden Verfahren
  • Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit umliegenden Hochschulen und/oder Maschinenlieferanten
  • Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Versuchen im Bereich Zerspanung
  • Messtechnische Definition von neuen Vorgehensweisen
  • Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen zur Optimierung von Fertigungsverfahren
  • Ausarbeitung des technischen Pflichtenhefts, Einholung von Angeboten sowie Festlegung der Abnahmeteile im Rahmen von Maschinenbeschaffungen
  • Überwachung der Einführung von neuen Verfahren

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Alternativ erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) mit darauf aufbauender qualifizierter Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung bei der Bewertung von Fertigungsverfahren oder in der CNC-Programmierung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement zur Beschaffung neuer Anlagen und Führen von Forschungsprojekten von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Programmen
