Kurzbeschreibung: Ärztliche Leitung (m/w/d) für Fachärzte unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen mit Zusatzbezeichnung Palliativmedizin. Der Einsatz erfolgt im multidisziplinären Zentrum für die spezialisierte ambulante Palliativversorgung der Patienten.

Qualifikation: Facharzt (m/w/d) unterschiedlicher Fachrichtungen mit Approbation und Zusatzbezeichnung Palliativmedizin, Erfahrung in der Betreuung schwerstkranker und sterbender Menschen, Führerschein Klasse B, hohe soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit sowie Interesse an der Übernahme von Verantwortung

Aufgaben: Ärztliche Gesamtleitung der Einrichtung, medizinische Versorgung von Patientinnen und Patienten im häuslichen Umfeld, Symptomkontrolle und Therapieplanung, Durchführung von Fall- und Teambesprechungen, Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaften, medizinische Dokumentation, Zusammenarbeit mit Hausärzten, Kliniken und weiteren Kooperationspartnern
