Job Description:
- Execute liquidity management trades, including repos, interest rate and FX derivatives, and short-term investment-grade bonds;
- Develop and implement efficient funding strategies and plans, and broaden the firm's suite of funding instruments;
- Monitor real-time market movements and liquidity conditions to deliver actionable insights for Asset-Liability Management (ALM) decision-making;
- Establish and sustain strong trading relationships with external liquidity providers.
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant trading experience (e.g., securities firm, bank, or hedge fund).
- Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
