Full-Time Crew Leader in Training (Construction/Landscaping)

Pay rate: $19.00-$22.00 plus overtime

Job Responsibilities

• •Lead a crew of Environmental Field Service (EFS) Specialists in the occurrence a Field Quality Manager (FQM) is out.
• •Install and remove Silt Fence.
• •Install protection to storm inlets.
• •Work with heavy duty hand tools (sledge hammer/shovels, etc.).
• •Install various types of erosion control measures (BMPs) as prescribed by reporting agencies.
• •Watch for safety hazards on jobsite, correct employees anytime they are working in an unsafe manner.
• •Operate company machinery.
• •Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements

Previous construction or landscaping leadership experience

Must have a valid Driver’s License

Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather

Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed

· Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks. Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday.
