Field Engineer Technician

What success looks like in this role:

• •Serves as Field Engineer for specific clients and/or for specific products and applications, including tech kiosks / desks.
• •Provides software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, AV rooms and other networked devices.
• •Installs and maintains PCs and associated software, networks, servers, peripherals and other networked devices.
• •Supports network products from both operational and maintenance perspectives, including preventative maintenance activities.
• •Performs installs, moves, adds and changes as required.
• •Tests and certifies PCs, networks, servers and client approved applications.
• •Provides follow-up on problems or escalations.
• •Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress.
• •Meets SLA requirements and ensures client satisfaction in all interactions.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• May require technical certification or Associate Degree
• Generally, 1-2years’ experience in area of responsibility
