What You Can Expect
As a Field & Events Marketing Specialist on the Workvivo by Zoom Growth Marketing team, you will plan and execute the events and field programmes that connect our brand to buyers across EMEA and APAC. You will own the full event lifecycle, from venue selection and vendor management through to post-event pipeline reporting, working closely with sales, SDRs, and partners to ensure every programme moves the right deals forward. This is a role for someone who likes building programmes from the ground up, iterating based on data, and seeing the direct connection between their work and pipeline. This is a hybrid position that requires on-site presence 2 days per week at our Dublin, Ireland office. Remote arrangements are not available for this role.
About the Team
The Growth Marketing team at Workvivo by Zoom drives demand and pipeline across EMEA and APAC through field programmes, events, and account-based marketing. We work in close partnership with sales, SDR, partner, and brand teams to design and run programmes that reach the right buyers at the right moment. It is a team that values clear measurement, creative execution, and a bias toward action.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full regional event calendar, including venue selection, vendor management, sponsorship logistics, speaker coordination, and budget tracking.
- Deliver field programmes including executive dinners, roundtables, customer breakfasts, lunch and learns, and localized webinars adapted to each EMEA and APAC market.
- Travel internationally across EMEA and APAC to work on-site at events, including occasional evenings.
- Design and run account-based events and targeted plays for priority accounts in close alignment with SDR and regional sales teams.
- Build target account lists and invitation plans with SDR and sales leads, setting clear follow-up timelines before each event.
- Set up and maintain event and campaign records in HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign membership, lead capture, and attendee nurture sequences.
- Measure every event on registrations, attendance, opportunities created, pipeline influenced, and cost per opportunity, reporting results in regular pipeline reviews.
- Use performance data to shape the quarterly event mix, scaling what converts and sunsetting what does not.
- Partner with Brand, Creative, Partner Marketing, and Revenue Operations on event assets, joint programmes, and lead routing.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience in field marketing, events, or demand generation in B2B software.
- Proven experience running regional events across EMEA, APAC, or both, including end-to-end logistics, vendor management, and budget ownership.
- Hands-on experience supporting account-based marketing programmes, including account-based events and targeted plays.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce for campaign management, lead capture, and attendee follow-up.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously across vendors, budgets, and deadlines.
- Comfort analyzing event data, connecting programme activity to pipeline creation and influence, and presenting results to stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally across EMEA and APAC, including occasional evenings.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
- €47,800.00 - €76,500.00
- In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
