About Pelico

Traditional industrial manufacturing systems were built for predictability. Supply chains no longer are. Today, real-time data is buried in legacy tools that weren't designed for constant disruption. By the time an issue surfaces, it has already snowballed, sending everyone into firefighting mode. Pelico exists to close the gap between production plans and the daily reality on the factory floor.

We've built the manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by the world's most complex industrial operations : companies like Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Our AI connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture — then puts AI agents to work anticipating disruptions, simulating recovery options, and keeping every team aligned before small problems become expensive ones.

Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we've raised $72M and are growing fast — 300% year-over-year revenue growth, deployed in 15+ countries, and supporting factories worldwide. We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started.

This is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades — from the inside.

About the Marketing Team

Marketing at Pelico is a growth function, not a support function. We work hand-in-hand with Sales and BDRs to create qualified pipeline with the largest industrial companies in the world. Our audience is senior: COOs, VPs of Operations, supply chain, and manufacturing leaders at enterprise accounts.

Events are one of our strongest levers for reaching them: trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, and Pelico-hosted events in Europe and the US—occasionally co-hosted with partners and industry bodies, which means co-building the format, splitting the cost, and sharing the audience. We measure ourselves on meetings and pipeline, not on badge scans.

Your Mission

You'll own Pelico's event growth engine end-to-end, turning field events into a measurable, efficient source of qualified pipeline and customer engagement.

Decide what we do and what we stop: You own the portfolio—which events we commit to, which we drop, and which formats get more budget next year. This is the heart of the role.

Own the event portfolio from strategy and prioritization through delivery, follow-up, and post-event review: That covers trade shows, webinars, executive dinners, roundtables, as well as Pelico-hosted, customer, and partner events.

Tie every event to a commercial outcome: For each event, you'll define the target accounts and audiences, the meeting and pipeline goals, and the metrics that matter.

Run delivery and budget with discipline: You'll set clear timelines, owners, and vendor plans, keeping spend under control across many activities at once.

Get Sales and BDRs committed: No event goes ahead without Sales ownership, a prospecting plan, pre-booked meetings, and a named follow-up owner.

Make results visible: You'll set up reliable lead capture and HubSpot tracking so leads, meetings, opportunities, and costs can be tracked for every event.

Turn events into content: Speaker and customer interviews, event films, social coverage, and approvals with appearing customers—coordinated with team members who produce it.

Expect travel: Up to 3 trips per quarter, including on-site setup days.

Your Impact

Field events become a measurable contributor to pipeline, meetings, and MQLs.

Budget moves toward the formats that work—scaling efficient levers like webinars and challenging underperforming formats before investing in them again.

A repeatable event playbook (targeting, execution, lead capture, follow-up, and post-event review) is published and used across Marketing, Sales, and BDRs.

Pelico is seen as the premier enterprise B2B player in its category: executives want to attend Pelico events and return for the next one.

What We're Looking For

This is a hands-on ownership role. You set the strategy, run the execution yourself, and answer for the results.

You'll need:

Proven experience owning a multi-format B2B SaaS/tech event portfolio end-to-end: strategy, delivery, follow-up, and review.

A commercial mindset. You choose events for named audiences and business goals, not for prestige or attendance, and you can explain your go/no-go trade-offs.

Strong budget and ROI discipline, with hands-on use of metrics like cost per MQL and cost per meeting.

Experience aligning Sales and BDR teams on event goals, ownership, and follow-up.

Experience co-building events with partners: agreeing on the format, splitting costs, and keeping both brands served.

Solid CRM habits. HubSpot is a strong plus: lead capture, tracking, and reporting from first contact to opportunity.

Excellent organization across many events running in parallel with partners, vendors, and internal teams.

AI-native ways of working: practical AI workflows for targeting, research, or reporting, with clear human judgment on top.

Fluent English. For the Paris role, professional French is also required.

Nice to have:

Background in aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or supply chain.

Experience with executive- and enterprise-level events (C-level dinners, roundtables).

Managerial experience.
