About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Demand Generation Field Marketer to help drive pipeline growth across Southeast Asia. This role owns integrated demand generation programs end to end - from planning and execution through measurement and optimisation - with limited day-to-day supervision. Reporting to the APAC Marketing Director, based in Australia, you will work as part of a close-knit APAC Demand Generation team. Each marketer will bring local market knowledge and ownership while collaborating closely on coordinated campaigns, shared learnings and regional growth outcomes. You will partner with Sales, Business Development, central marketing teams, agencies and partners to turn business priorities and campaign briefs into well-managed, measurable programs. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to execution while bringing the judgement, analytical capability and confidence to solve problems, manage stakeholders and recommend improvements independently.
What You’ll Do
Plan and execute integrated demand generation programs across digital, email, webinars, events, content, social, partner and third-party channels.
Translate business priorities and campaign briefs into clear execution plans covering objectives , audiences, messaging, timelines, dependencies, budget and success measures.
Own assigned programs from planning through execution, measurement and optimisation , managing multiple campaigns, markets and priorities to agreed timelines and outcomes.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies and blockers; resolve issues where possible and escalate early when strategic, budget or cross-functional support is required .
Partner closely with Sales and Business Development to understand pipeline priorities, target accounts, market opportunities and feedback from the field.
Provide clear, regular visibility to stakeholders on campaign progress, risks, results and next steps.
Measure campaign effectiveness across engagement, lead generation, conversion, pipeline contribution and ROI, using insights to improve future activity and marketing investment.
Use CRM, marketing automation and reporting tools to track performance and support data-driven decisions.
Coordinate agencies, media partners, vendors and internal marketing teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
Support targeted and Account-Based Marketing initiatives for strategic accounts or priority segments where appropriate .
Collaborate with the wider APAC Demand Generation team to align plans, share best practices, coordinate regional initiatives and adapt successful programs across markets.
Maintain strong execution discipline while working within Epicor brand, budget and operational processes.
What You Need to Succeed
Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software, SaaS, technology or another complex B2B environment.
Demonstrated experience delivering integrated demand generation or field marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong project management capability and the ability to independently manage multiple programs, stakeholders and deadlines.
Good understanding of the B2B buying journey, lead generation, funnel progression and pipeline development.
Strong analytical skills and confidence using campaign and performance data to make recommendations.
Experience working closely with Sales and Business Development teams, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable operating with limited supervision; able to identify issues early, recommend solutions and maintain momentum.
Results-oriented and commercially aware, with accountability for measurable marketing outcomes.
Skills That Could Set You Apart
Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, manufacturing or distribution markets.
Experience working across multiple Southeast Asian markets and cultures.
Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing and digital campaign optimisation .
Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, analytics platforms, paid media, content syndication or third-party lead generation.
