Field Medical Manager

Job Description Summary

• FMM is responsible for establishing and developing professional relationships by conducting scientific exchange in a sustainable and reliable way with significant representatives of the medical community, the most important organizations, scientific societies, patient associations, health care institutions.
• FMM also works internally with a variety of teams, co-creating and implementing medical strategies in the areas to which it is assigned, as well as supporting the organization's operations by providing reliable medical knowledge and consulting needed to implement projects led by other departments.

Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the therapy areas by reviewing the literature, discussions with Key Opinion Leaders and key stakeholders, participating in cross functional interactions, attending scientific congresses, etc.

2. Represent company toward external stakeholder, in particular to medical community members and organizations, patients and public officials.

3. Maintain up to date clinical knowledge in appropriate therapeutic areas and provide appropriate overall strategic and operational input into company objectives.

4. Provide therapeutic and product expertise cross-functionally to internal customers in relevant Tas.

5. Contribute to the development of the Medical component in the Brand Strategy, and develop and implement Medical Plan for assigned TAs.

6. Engage the KEEs other relevant experts/stakeholders within the frame of non-promotional scientific exchanges.

7. Organizing and conducting scientific exchange meetings or sessions of regional advisory councils.

8. Support market access strategy by delivered medical insights and serving as connection point with external medical stakeholders, incl. PAGs.

9. Review promotional materials and regulatory documents from perspective of medical and compliance accuracy conforming applicable guidelines and regulations.

10. Serve Medical Inquiries in accordance with relevant process requirements.

11. SIL preparation for assigned portfolio and maintenance up to date SIL database.

12. Leading the management of Grants & Sponsorships ensuring proper documentation, contracts and payment.

13. Management of publications related to the brands.

14. Develop and maintain a good working relationship within local organization and interact directly with Global Medical Affairs and other affiliates to understand global strategy and share best practices.

15. Collect and report Adverse Events in accordance to Sandoz standards.

16. Ensure all Medical activities are compliant with appropriate GOPs/SOP’s, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guideline and local law regulations.

17. Participate in personal development and training sessions.

18. Strive to consistently uphold Sandoz core values.

19. Execute other duties as may be required by the Medical Affairs Directors .

20. Compliance with the Sandoz Quality Manual guidelines, in terms of activities and adequate for the area in accordance with their professional profile and create processes and procedures required for the Quality Management System

Compensation Structure & Criteria:

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Pay range (monthly salary) : zł/gross 15 208 - 28 241

Variable compensation:

- Annual performance-based bonus: 10%
