Valor’s services include erosion control, land services, street sweeping, and site maintenance nationwide. Valor provides cost-effective and need-based solutions to residential, commercial, and government clients across 20 major U.S. markets. Led by industry veterans, Valor Environmental supports clients’ compliance with both external and internal standards from the first phase of a new development to the last quality control inspection.
The Field Project Manager (Market Manager) runs the day-to-day of the market. You build the daily schedule, protect margins, work with our clients, and make sure the work that gets done is the work that gets billed. You delegate the legwork, but running a healthy, profitable market is your responsibility.

2. Build the daily crew schedule and route the work efficiently with the Field Operations Coordinator.
3. Maintain accurate, timely data entry - match field work quantity sheets to internal systems and approve sales orders daily.
4. Own margin visibility - track gross profit by site, crew, and builder; and catch problems before month-end.
5. Serve as the primary contact for active clients - service quality, communication, and quick issue resolution.
6. Conduct regular site visits and quality checks; visit new-start communities and ensure crews are prepared.
7. Lead, hire, develop, and hold accountable a high-performing, high integrity field team.
8. Oversee the Field Services Manager and hold the field accountable to the schedule.
9. Run a weekly crew meeting covering safety, expectations, and the work ahead.
10. Control costs across labor, overtime, equipment, fuel, vehicles, tools, and inventory.
11. Assist the office in resolving billing and accounts-receivable issues when needed.
12. Reinforce Valor culture - professionalism, communication, work ethic, and safety standards.
13. Operate company vehicles and equipment safely; enforce safety protocols and correct unsafe behavior.
14. Willing to travel periodically from market to market to meet with clients and check on job sites.
15. Additional duties as assigned.

2. AA/AS degree or equivalent experience.
