We're looking for a Field Sales Manager (f/m/d) to join our Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own

• •Acquire new B2B customers across your sales region and drive sustainable business growth.
• •Qualify and prioritize leads, identify customer potential, and manage the sales pipeline from first contact through successful closing.
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and decision makers, including C level stakeholders, and independently manage customer visits.
• •Develop offers, manage tenders, and negotiate contracts in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• •Drive achievement of regional sales targets and ensure the full potential of your customer portfolio is realized.

What you'll bring

• •Several years of experience in B2B new business sales and customer acquisition.
• •Strong knowledge of the payments industry, ideally in cashless or digital payments.
• •A degree in Business Administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship, combined with strong business acumen.
• •A results driven sales mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• •Excellent German and English skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.

It’s a bonus if you have

• •Experience managing relationships with senior decision makers and C level stakeholders.
• •Experience with tenders, contract negotiations, and developing customer offers.
• •Experience in a field based sales role within an international environment.
