Job Description
Please apply with an English CV
Just imagine helping LEGO® product ranges earn standout positions in stores across the Oslo region. Then make it real.
About the role
As a Field Sales Representative (we call it a Field Account Manager), you’ll develop the presence of LEGO® product ranges and our brand across retail outlets in your designated region. You’ll turn sales plans into local action, grow regional accounts and work with national customers alongside Key Account Management.
In return for the impact you have, we will provide an up-to-date company car, fuel card, subsidised lunch card, gym membership subsidy, at home internet, pension contribution, access to private healthcare, life and long-term disability cover, 25 days holiday, annual health check and a competitive bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- Develop and manage retail accounts to increase consumer sales across the designated region (Oslo).
- Raise retail execution standards across a regional store network.
- Negotiate product placement and positioning with retail customers.
- Sell account plans that increased product visibility and consumer sales.
- Become a trusted commercial partner to retail customers while delivering sustainable account growth.
- Use sales and shopper data to identify retail growth opportunities.
- Norwegian fluency and strong business proficiency in English is required.
- An ability to drive in-country (we provide the car; you are qualified to drive it)
What you'll build
- Develop and manage a portfolio of opportunity accounts across the region.
- Secure strong locations for LEGO product ranges within retail stores.
- Win space against competitors and other product categories.
- Grow seed accounts to increase consumer sales.
- Diagnose execution issues and create practical account action plans.
- Turn store observations into commercial actions.
- Collaborate with stores across the region to make the LEGO Group their preferred partner.
If you have worked in a role where you have managed retail accounts, won customers, and grew commercial performance, you’ll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn retail opportunities into clear actions and measurable growth.
Life on the team
You’ll join the Nordic Field Sales Team, which creates commercial opportunities for our partners while keeping execution standards high. Being close to stores means sharing valuable insights from the market. We connect weekly, hold a more structured discussion every two weeks and call one another regularly. As a field-based team, we stay connected without a fixed hybrid rhythm.
What success looks like
You’ll become a valued partner to customers and colleagues while improving execution across your region. You’ll help prepare for the team’s biggest LEGO sales year yet, including four major retail executions focused on newness and category innovation. You’ll work closely with Key Account Managers, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing and Sales Leadership to turn regional insights into account growth.
