• サービス部門は、GCB（発電機用遮断器）、GIS（ガス絶縁開閉装置）、TR（変圧器）に関するアフターサービスを世界各地で担っています。具体的には、据付・試験 、定期保守、付加価値サービス、トレーニング、トラブルシューティング、設備改修・更新対応などを含みます。

■役割

フィールドサービスは、GCB、GIS、TRの国内外現場（工事）を統括・管理します。

• ■主な職務内容
• ・GCB、GIS、TRの現地据付・修理・改造を、作業指示に基づき難易度中〜高の作業を実施する。
• ・緊急時のトラブルシューティングを支援する。
• ・Hitachi Energyの手順書・マニュアル・品質基準およびHSE基準を遵守する。
• ・顧客志向・解決志向で業務を進める。
• ・顧客要求を丁寧にヒアリングし、新たなサービス機会の創出につながるフィードバックを組織へ提供する。
• ・Hitachi Energy作業認定レベル4または5を保有し、レベル2認定のメンバー（ ■応募要件・スキル
• ・電気または機械系の学位（関連する追加教育があれば尚可）。
• ・GIS、GCBまたはTRに関する技術分野での実務経験3年以上、もしくは5年以上が望ましい。
• ・Hitachi Energyの作業認定基準におけるレベル4または5資格。
• ・PICW（Person in charge of Work）レベル3。
• ・英語の読み・会話力があれば尚可。

■Summery

The Service unit is responsible for the worldwide after sales support of generator circuit-breaker (GCB) systems, gas insulated switchgears (GIS), and Transformer (TR) including training, installation and commissioning, scheduled maintenance, added value services, troubleshooting, extensions, retrofits and replacements. Field Service is managing these construction sites for GCB/GIS and TR.

■Key Responsibilities

• •You will be perform on-site installation, repair, and modification of GCB, GIS, and TR, carrying out tasks of medium to high difficulty in accordance with work instructions. You will support troubleshooting on an emergency basis.
• •You will follow Hitachi Energy Processes, manuals, instructions, quality standards, and HSE standards.
• •You will have a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach required.
• •You will listen closely to customer requirements and give feedback to the organization to develop new service solutions or opportunities.
• •You Have a Level 4 or Level 5 certification and can manage Level 2 certified employees ( 70-80%.

■Knowledge, Skills, Experience

• •A degree in electrical or mechanical background and further education are beneficial and 3 years of experiece or 5 years experience in technical for GIS/GCB or TR.
• •Certified Level 4 or Level 5 as per Hitachi Energy certification guidelines.
• •PICW (Person in charge of Work) Level 3.
• •Proficiency in spoken and read English is preferred.
