Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)

We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Service Team in Korea .

Your Mission

• •Installation of equipment at customer’s facility to ensure full functionality according to EOS specifications.
• •Provide on-site, remote technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• •Provide Technical Support remotely for EOS customer install base.
• •Performs Preventive Maintenance procedures within the scheduled time.
• •Completes and submits all service documentation accurately and completely following EOS procedures and guidelines.
• •Cooperation in projects such as training, documentation, and exhibition installations
• •Work closely with 2nd Level Support to ensure local install base is maintained to company standards.
• •Communicate and maintain service records and field service reports.
• •Management of EOS service tools and spare parts inventory to ensure accurate inventory of assigned company assets.
• •Travel local or aborad to support training and field service/technical support work.

Your Talents

• •Fluent English communication
• •Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• •Basic mechanical engineering knowledge
• •Understanding of electrical wiring, PLC, and pneumatic diagrams
• •Familiar with PC setup, Windows OS, networking, and MS Office
• •Customer-focused with ownership mindset
• •Professional appearance and conduct
• •Able to work independently under pressure
• •Willingness to travel internationally
• •Valid driver’s license and passport
