About the Role:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will support customers by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial equipment directly at their sites. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable performance and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment at customer locations
Diagnose technical issues and provide effective on-site solutions
Deliver technical support and perform preventive maintenance
Train and support customer operators and maintenance teams
Collaborate with internal service, engineering, and sales teams
Prepare service documentation and reports
Contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

Willingness to travel frequently within the country
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Communicative English
Technical education (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation – advantage)
Valid driving license
