  • Du bist gerne unterwegs, liebst es, technische Probleme direkt vor Ort zu lösen und willst echten Impact beim Kunden haben? Dann bist du hier genau richtig. Als Field Service Engineer bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für IT-Support im Außendienst und sorgst dafür, dass Systeme reibungslos laufen.
  • Deine Aufgaben
  • IT-Support und Betreuung von Filial- und Kundenstandorten im Außendienst (Schwerpunkt Kiel)
  • Durchführung von Rollouts, Installationen und Migrationen (Hard- & Software)
  • Erstellung, Deployment und Pflege von Windows-Images
  • Administration im Active Directory Umfeld (User, Gruppen, Policies)
  • Einrichtung, Wartung und Fehleranalyse von Druckersystemen und Druckdomänen
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Netzwerktechnik (Switches, Router, Access Points)
  • Durchführung von IMAC/R/D-Leistungen (Install, Move, Add, Change, Remove)
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support vor Ort
  • Dokumentation der Einsätze und Pflege der Ticketsysteme
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im IT Field Service / Onsite Support
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in:
  • Windows Betriebssystemen & Client-Management
  • Active Directory
  • Netzwerkgrundlagen (LAN/WLAN, Switching, Routing)
  • Hardware-Support (Clients, Drucker, Peripherie)
  • Erfahrung mit Rollouts und Imaging-Prozessen
  • Führerschein Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Das erwartet Dich
  • Jahresgehalt: 42.000 € – 52.000 € (je nach Erfahrung)
  • Firmenfahrzeug – auch zur privaten Nutzung
  • Einsatz überwiegend im Raum Kiel, gelegentlich Harburg & Umgebung
  • Fahrtzeit = 100% Arbeitszeit
  • Befristete Anstellung mit Option auf Übernahme (aktuell in Prüfung)
