Responsibilities

• •Follow all company and plant safety policies and procedures.
• •Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• •Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system issues independently.
• •Escalate complex technical problems to senior technicians or supervisors when needed.
• •Complete maintenance logs, service reports, and other required documentation.
• •Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• •Provide guidance and support to entry-level technicians as needed.
• •Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and client personnel regarding work progress and issues.
• •Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• •Participate in training programs to expand technical skills and knowledge.
• •Travel to multiple customer locations as required.

Qualifications

• •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
• •Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• •Experience performing maintenance and repair on industrial equipment, machinery, or related systems preferred.
• •Willingness to travel to various job sites.
• •Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• •Ability to comply with all safety requirements and company policies.
