Role: Field Service Engineer

Location: Field Based Regional coverage – Surrey / Berkshire region

Contract type: Full time, permanent

As a Field Service Engineer at Viessmann, you are responsible for completing warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns plus service activities.

You will start and finish your working day from your home location while travelling to customer sites across your assigned geographical area. You will have a high level of autonomy, using your technical expertise to diagnose issues, resolve problems, and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at every opportunity.

What will the key responsibilities be?

• •Completing warranty, chargeable repairs/breakdowns and service visits in the postcode areas SL, GU, KT, TW, CR.
• •Diagnose technical issues and coordinate effective solutions to ensure timely resolution
• •Coordinate problem resolution, customer service and other personnel to expedite repairs
• •Maintain records of performance reports
• •Delivering best in class customer service on-site in residential properties

Requirements

• •ACS qualified gas engineer (CCN1 and CENWAT mandatory)
• •Demonstrable technical experience gained within the HVAC, heating, or related industry
• •Have a high attention to detail
• •Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• •Have a confident and adaptable work style
• •Have excellent communication skills
• •Ability to work closely with and develop relationships with clients
• •Valid UK driving licence
• •Desirable - Heat Pump experience & F-Gas certification
