What You’ll Do

• •Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklift equipment at customer sites and in the shop
• •Perform routine maintenance and preventative service inspections
• •Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• •Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through reliable service
• •Document service work accurately and completely
• •Maintain and manage service tools and equipment
• •Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• •Work independently while coordinating with the service team as needed

• •Complete repairs accurately and efficiently

Background & Experience

• •3+ years of experience in forklift, heavy equipment, or similar field
• •Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• •Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems
• •Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• •Valid driver’s license
