Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EV Service Technician to handle servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electric vehicles, particularly electric 3-wheelers. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with service stations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely service support across assigned locations.

The role involves extensive travel to service stations/yards to ensure smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electric vehicles, particularly EV 3-wheelers.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular visits to service stations to monitor service quality and operational efficiency.
Handle vehicle breakdowns, technical complaints, and escalations.
Ensure proper maintenance of service records, repair reports, and vehicle service history.
Identify recurring technical issues and coordinate with internal teams for permanent solutions.
Ensure adherence to service standards, safety procedures, and turnaround time (TAT).

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience in vehicle servicing and maintenance.
Experience in EV servicing, preferably electric 3-wheelers, will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience coordinating with service centres, workshops, or dealer networks.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from EV, automobile, 3-wheeler, or commercial vehicle service backgrounds.
Hands-on experience in EV vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent travel.
Ability to independently coordinate with multiple service stations.

Job Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai and Bihar/Chhattisgarh
