About the Role:

Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and maintenance of IFPD devices at customer

locations across Pune, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Attend customer sites for IFPD installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, replacement and service.
• •Diagnose and repair hardware issues related to Power Board, Motherboard, T-Con, LCM, Touch/IR PCB,
• •FFCs, OPS, Display, Audio, Camera, and connectivity ports.
• •Perform internal hardware inspection, connector/FFC checks, voltage measurements, spare-part replacement, and functional testing.
• •Troubleshoot software, firmware, APK, Windows/Android, OPS, and application-related issues.
• •Handle basic IT hardware and LAN/network troubleshooting.
• •Perform IFPD installation/uninstallation and post-repair testing.
• •Collect photos, videos, serial numbers, voltage readings, and technical details and prepare accurate RCA reports.
• •Coordinate with the Service/Support team for technical assistance and ensure cases are closed within the defined SLA.
• •Ensure proper packing and handover of faulty panels/spares for reverse pickup for the service cases attended.
• •Maintain professional customer communication and ensure a positive on-site experience.

Required Skills:

• •Hands-on knowledge of IFPD hardware servicing.
• •Good knowledge of IFPD hardware, electronics, software troubleshooting, Windows/Android, firmware/APK, OPS, and LAN/network troubleshooting.
• •Basic knowledge of using multimeter and diagnostic tools.
• •Good communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• •Must own a bike/two-wheeler and have a valid driving l icense.
• •Willingness to travel across Pune and nearby customer locations.
• •Comfortable working independently at customer sites.
• •Travel allowance will be provided as per company policy.
