Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das Aufgabengebiet

Field Service Techniker (m/w/d)

JOBPROFIL - ID 11669

AUFGABEN

  • Vor-Ort-Installation sowie Instandhaltung von Desktops, Notebooks, Druckern und Peripherie im Raum Potsdam (Berlin)
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen rund um Windows-Clients, Notebooks, Drucker und Netzwerk direkt bei unser Kunde
  • Ticketannahme, Bearbeitung und saubere Dokumentation in gängigen Ticketsystemen
  • Auf- und Abbau sowie Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen und Client-Arbeitsumgebungen
  • Anwenderberatung und Einweisung zu Systemen, Notebooks und Mobiltelefonen inkl. Daten- und Profilsicherung

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im IT-Support
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse zu Standardsoftware, Betriebssystemen sowie Software-/OS-Bereitstellung
  • Erfahrung im Support von Windows Active Directory, Domänenumgebungen und Berechtigungsmanagement
  • Routine im Troubleshooting von Desktop-/Notebook-Hardware, Druckern und Mobile Devices
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und hohe Hartnäckigkeit bei der Fehlersuche
  • Führerschein Klasse B sowie Wohnort in Potsdam oder näherer Umgebung
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C1 in Wort und Schrift
