Job Summary

Under supervision, implement the Medline ReNewal Reprocessing Program to help ensure client staff acceptance and follow-through with procedures.

Job Description

Core Job Responsibilities:

• •Oversee preparation and shipment of materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
• •Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• •Provide on-site support, addressing workflow issues and assisting with process improvements.
• •Educate and train staff on program benefits and best practices through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
• •Support training initiatives using digital tools and reporting platforms to share performance insights.
• •Conduct scheduled facility visits, assist with onboarding, and gather feedback to enhance program effectiveness.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$21.75 - $31.50 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
