T-Mobile is seeking a motivated and skilled Field Technician to support our Engineering & Operations team across western Maryland, the West Virginia Panhandle and Potomac Highlands, and the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. In Maryland, this role covers Washington County (Hagerstown, Williamsport, Boonsboro, Smithsburg, Clear Spring, and Hancock), western Frederick County (Middletown and Brunswick), Allegany County (Cumberland, Frostburg, and LaVale), and Garrett County (Oakland, Grantsville, and Accident). In West Virginia, the territory includes the Eastern Panhandle (Martinsburg, Charles Town, Harpers Ferry, Shepherdstown, Hedgesville, and Berkeley Springs) and the Potomac Highlands (Romney, Moorefield, Petersburg, and Keyser). In Virginia, the territory spans the I-81 corridor and Shenandoah Valley (Winchester, Front Royal, Strasburg, Woodstock, Harrisonburg, Luray, and Berryville), extending east to Loudoun and Fauquier foothill communities such as Purcellville, Round Hill, and Marshall. The territory also reaches into south-central Pennsylvania, including Chambersburg, Waynesboro, Greencastle, and McConnellsburg. There may be instances where this person is asked to provide coverage along the I-70, I-81, and I-68 corridors, as well as occasional day travel to other areas within the Mid-Atlantic region. This territory includes a mix of rural and mountainous sites, so we need a technician who is comfortable with long drive times, remote site access, and severe-weather conditions, and who can work independently.

Ideal candidates live within or near these areas, such as Hagerstown, Martinsburg, Winchester, Cumberland, or Harrisonburg, so they can respond quickly to on-call and after-hours needs.
