### Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, idealerweise in leitender Funktion
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und soziale Stärke
  • Hohes Maß an Stressresistenz und Organisationsgeschick
  • Leidenschaft für Lebensmittel, insbesondere regionale Produkte
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsfreude
