In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen sowie für das das gesamte Erscheinungsbild Ihrer Filiale. Die Einführung und Ausbildung Ihrer neuen Mitarbeiter*innen gehört ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie die Personaleinsatzplanung. Sie unterstützen Ihre Mitarbeiter*innen beim Erreichen der Ziele und stellen deren Schulungsbedarf fest . Sie bewältigen die vielfältigen Aufgaben als Filialleitung und halten die rechtlichen Bestimmungen des Lebensmitteleinzelhandels ein.

  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit 38,5 h pro Woche im Rahmen der Geschäftsöffnungszeiten - nach Absprache
  • Arbeitsort: Innsbruck, Universitätsstraße 15b
  • PROFIL:
  • Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung oder Lehre
  • Führungskompetenz und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Freundlichkeit im Umgang mit Kund*innen und Kolleg*innen
  • Interesse an der Arbeit mit Brot, Gebäck, Kaffee und Snacks, Kund*innenberatung
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
