  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung der Filialleitung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Mitarbeit bei der Führung und Organisation des Teams
  • Unterstützung bei Personaleinsatzplanung und Warenmanagement
  • Sicherstellung eines ansprechenden Marktauftritts
  • Mitarbeit im Verkauf sowie an der Kassa
  • Vertretung der Filialleitung bei Abwesenheit
  • Das bringst du mit
  • Erfahrung im Lebensmittelhandel oder Einzelhandel
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Erste Erfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion von Vorteil
