  • Deine Aufgaben - mit Verantwortung und Sinn
  • Führung des Marktes (vor und hinter den Kulissen)
  • Operative Aufgaben des Tagesgeschäftes (Mitarbeiterführung, Mitarbeitereinsatzplanung, Bestellwesen, Warenpräsentation, Kundenanfragen)
  • Optimierung wirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen
  • Das bringst du mit - Persönlichkeit mit Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
  • Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kund*innen, an der Arbeit im Team und in einem dynamischen und abwechslungsreichen Umfeld
  • Engagierte, zuverlässige, gewissenhafte und flexible Persönlichkeit
  • Leidenschaft für biologische Lebensmittel
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung
